Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's operations by merchandising and stocking products, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a clean and organized shopping environment.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, maintain product displays, and process customer purchases.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers during their store experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash handling policies, and follow company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to operate equipment, follow instructions, and work independently or in a team.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
