Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a full-time Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and welcoming store environment while assisting customers with their shopping needs.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure store security and confidentiality

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operation
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties as needed
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
