Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi with a starting wage of $16.00 per hour. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, product stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers. This position is full-time, averaging 32-40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash-handling policies.
• Comply with company policies and ensure security and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years old.
• Proficiency in cash register operation and equipment handling.
• Ability to perform general cleaning duties to maintain store standards.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
