Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join ALDI, a leading retail company. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining store operations, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and keep shelves well-stocked.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their store visits.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and adhere to cash handling policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and various store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
