Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience through merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members, communicate effectively with management, and provide feedback on products and inventory.
• Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Perform physical tasks like stocking merchandise, sitting, standing, bending, and lifting items up to 45 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt customer service, operate a cash register efficiently, and use store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience as a bonus.
