Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Full Time Store Associate! In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. By providing exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain neat merchandise displays.
• Assist customers, communicate effectively with the team and management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older with excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and retail equipment.
• Capacity to follow company policies, work independently, and in a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent, prior retail experience preferred.
• A combination of education and experience relevant to the role.
• State and local alcohol handling and selling compliance.
