Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring our store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. This position offers competitive wages and benefits, including a starting wage of $16.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Collaborate with team members and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Contribute to inventory management and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Operate equipment efficiently and provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle merchandise.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
