Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment while delivering exceptional customer service.
Position Details

- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers with their needs.
- Ensure shelves are stocked, merchandise displays are neat, and store cleanliness is maintained.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
