Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of our store to ensure an outstanding shopping experience for our customers. This position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $16.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate exceptional customer service and assist shoppers throughout their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Stock shelves, process purchases, and maintain the store's cleanliness.
• Adhere to cash handling procedures and company policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment efficiently.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
