Full Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
• Follow cash handling policies and company procedures to ensure accuracy and security.
• Perform store inventory counts and monitor inventory levels.
• Adhere to company policies and maintain confidentiality of information.
• Undertake additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Ability to provide courteous and efficient customer service.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of performing general cleaning tasks to meet company standards.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the capacity to multitask.
• Meet state and local regulations for handling alcoholic beverages.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is beneficial.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable.
