Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing the customer shopping experience by merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. You will collaborate with the Aldi team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure the store looks its best.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate clearly with store management

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient cash register operation
• Experience operating equipment and performing general cleaning duties
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team

Educational Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous retail experience is a plus
