Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join the Whole Foods Market team in various Team Member roles across different departments. As a Team Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring excellent customer service, stocking products, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities

• Work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Perform opening, mid, and closing duties based on assignment.
• Prepare, package, weigh, and price products for sale.
• Maintain product quality, freshness, and proper rotation.
• Keep cases and shelves clean and well-stocked.
• Provide exceptional customer service and practice suggestive selling techniques.
• Follow procedures for prepping, storing, rotating, stocking, and merchandising products.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and cleanliness standards.
• Report safety hazards and violations promptly.
• Assist with inventory checks as needed.

• No prior retail experience required.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Standing/walking for 6-8 hours in an 8-hour shift.

• Exposure to FDA-approved cleaning chemicals and different temperatures.
• Ability to work in wet and cold environments.
• Use of tools and equipment like box cutters and pallet jacks.
