Senior Manager, Medical Affairs - Training & Excellence

Job Description

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking a talented Senior Manager for Medical Affairs focused on Training & Excellence. This role involves managing the US Medical Affairs training objectives, strategic plan, and learning programs while collaborating with key partners in a highly matrixed environment. The selected individual will play a pivotal role in developing dynamic training support for assigned therapeutic areas and Jazz products.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create scientific training curriculum.
• Develop strategic training plans for USMA teams.
• Onboard new hires and support their field readiness.
• Maintain and update training content for accuracy.
• Facilitate internal stakeholder meetings and training workshops.
• Evaluate and adapt training programs for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in Science or Medicine.
• 3-5 years of experience in Medical Affairs.
• Knowledge of Jazz therapeutic areas preferred.
• Experience in adult learning education and LMS utilization.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
