Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and working collaboratively with the ALDI team.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Enhance customer shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Perform cashiering duties and handle customer purchases.
• Monitor inventory levels and provide feedback on products.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
