Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join the ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store operates smoothly by handling merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. Your exceptional customer service skills and ability to work collaboratively with the team will contribute to an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise display
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management
• Conduct store inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures
• Follow company policies while ensuring security and confidentiality
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operations
• Able to operate equipment and perform general cleaning tasks
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
