Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to provide customers with a pleasant shopping experience. Collaborating with our team, you will uphold ALDI's customer service standards and contribute to the overall store operations.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Perform cashier duties and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organize shelves and displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Conduct inventory counts and provide feedback on products and operations.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring a secure and efficient store environment.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
• Capable of using store equipment and performing cleaning tasks.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work independently and as part of a team.
