Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, products are stocked, and customers receive excellent service. This position is full-time, offering 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $16.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register accurately.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capable of working independently and in a team environment.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
