Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join the ALDI team. As a crucial part of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to ensure a pleasant shopping environment for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, stock shelves neatly, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Provide feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to enhance store operations.
  • Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
  • Adhere to cash policies to minimize losses and uphold company procedures.

Requirements

  • Minimum age of 18 years old for employment at ALDI.
  • Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Ability to follow company policies, perform cleaning tasks, and communicate effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, organization, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or as a team.
  • High school diploma preferred with prior retail experience.
