Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Shift Lead to join our team at Jack's Grill/Fat Tomato Pizza Company. As a Shift Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth operation during your shift, maintaining prep levels, delegating tasks, and upholding safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assign positions according to the positioning chart.
• Efficiently run the passe to control kitchen pace and ensure optimal ticket times.
• Maintain adequate prep levels to prevent shortages.
• Delegate prep and cleaning duties as necessary.
• Ensure proper plating of food for presentation.
• Monitor break schedules to ensure they are given at appropriate times.
• Collaborate with the Shift Lead/General Manager to boost team morale.
• Uphold safety protocols and standards at all times.
• Complete all checklists and prep lists to guarantee operational readiness.
