Associate Director, Medical Science Liaison (Remote)

Job Description

We are looking for an Associate Director, Medical Science Liaison to join our innovative team at Jazz Pharmaceuticals. This strategic leadership role involves collaborating with various departments to ensure field-based medical support aligns with our research and business goals. The role requires managing a team of Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs) in Hematology-Oncology to cultivate relationships with thought leaders in academic and clinical medicine.

Responsibilities

• Guide and support MSLs in developing key opinion leader relationships in Hematology-Oncology.
• Lead, coach, and manage MSL team to align with Jazz Oncology strategic direction.
• Maintain territory engagement plans, oversee reporting of clinical insights, and uphold compliance standards.

Requirements

• MD, PharmD, PhD or equivalent degree, with Oncology experience preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years in the industry, managing experience highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to present clinical data and strong leadership skills.
