General Description of Duties

• Plan, supervise, and control resources for safe and timely loading/unloading of freight.
• Maintain load plans and ensure balanced loads for safe operations.
• Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide training and feedback.
• Ensure a clean and safe work environment, especially handling hazardous materials.
• Collaborate in a team setting to achieve department goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Service center or transportation experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience desired.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
