Job Description

We are seeking a Manager in Training to join Aldi and undergo comprehensive training in store management. As a Manager in Training, you will supervise day-to-day store operations, ensure excellent customer service, manage schedules, handle customer concerns, and lead a team towards operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team performance to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Maintain store standards and product quality.
• Recruit, train, and develop store personnel.
• Manage schedules and staffing levels effectively.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
