Licensed Practical Nurse

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Genesis Healthcare. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive nursing care to our patients and residents. Your responsibilities will include resident evaluation, care planning, medication administration, treatments, and ensuring the well-being of those under your care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct resident evaluations and develop care plans.
• Provide direct patient care and monitor care provided by support staff.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Practice problem-solving and bedside nursing.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved nursing school with a current state nursing license.
• CPR certification is mandatory.
