Job Description

We are seeking a motivated individual to join ALDI as a Full-Time Store Manager Trainee. In this role, you will train on all aspects of successfully running a store, including supervising day-to-day operations, managing schedules, and developing operational plans. You will mentor and lead the team to ensure exceptional customer service and store performance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store operations and performance.
• Mentor and develop the team to provide excellent customer service.
• Establish and communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations.
• Manage store inventory, merchandising, and product ordering.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Effective communication and leadership skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
