Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join our team at Aldi. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store operations to deliver top-notch customer service.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of retail experience, with prior management experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of budgeting, personnel management, and retail operations.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
