Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will receive comprehensive training on all aspects of store management to prepare you for overseeing your own store operations. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily activities, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staffing needs, and developing operational plans while mentoring and leading the team.
