Job Description

Join ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate at our new store location! As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. By collaborating with the ALDI team, you will ensure an exceptional customer shopping experience through outstanding service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies, minimize losses, and uphold company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and cash register operation skills.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Capability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Attention to detail, organization, and ability to multitask efficiently.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
• Combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
