Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time Store Associate at ALDI to join our team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. By working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will provide exceptional customer service and enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures

Physical Demands

The role involves stocking merchandise, sitting, standing, bending, lifting up to 45 pounds, and performing general cleaning duties.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register
• Capable of operating equipment and following company policies
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment
• High school diploma preferred, with prior retail experience as a bonus
