Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, operating the cashier, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to ensure a great shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
• Communicate clearly with team members and store management.
• Report product feedback, inventory status, and operational issues to management.
• Participate in store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and maintain security.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating cash registers and store equipment.
• Capable of maintaining cleanliness and following company policies.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
