Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides excellent customer service. This position involves merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and provide exceptional customer service.
• Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays neatly.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Conduct inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies and uphold company standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
