Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, clean, and that customers receive exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking shelves, and collaborating with team members to maintain a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock merchandise, and maintain neat displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Monitor inventory accuracy, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Proficient in providing prompt and courteous customer service
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and handle store equipment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High school diploma preferred
