Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, merchandising, stocking, and maintaining a clean store environment.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time (32-40 hours per week)
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and stock shelves
• Assist customers, collaborate with team members, and provide feedback to management
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to offer prompt and courteous customer service
• Operate a cash register efficiently
• Safely operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
