Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of the store, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting with stocking and merchandising products, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
  • Conduct inventory counts, monitor accuracy, and provide feedback on product issues.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.
  • Experience in retail and familiarity with stocking and merchandising preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
