Construction Cost Project Analyst

Job Description

We are looking for a talented Construction Cost Project Analyst to join our National Real Estate Services team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for managing construction costs on a national level, collaborating with divisional teams to evaluate construction bids and ensure cost efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Work with Construction Managers to negotiate with contractors.
• Provide detailed bid analysis to assist in awarding projects to qualified bidders.
• Review and approve contract pricing to align with project scopes.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities in construction documents and proposals.
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to enhance construction cost control processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in Construction Estimating.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and RS Means software.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
