Construction Cost Project Analyst

Job Description

We are looking for a Construction Cost Project Analyst to join our team at Aldi. As part of the National Real Estate Services team, you will play a crucial role in managing construction costs on a national level. Collaborating with divisional real estate teams, you will evaluate construction bids to ensure they align with project scopes and regional cost trends.

Responsibilities

• Work with Construction Managers on negotiation points with contractors.
• Provide pricing data and practices for consistent pricing structure.
• Prepare and analyze detailed bid reports for project awards.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and alternative construction practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in Construction Estimating.
• Proficiency in RS Means software, construction cost indices, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
