Cicis Shift Leader

Job Description

Join the team at CiCis Pizza as a Shift Leader and play a crucial role in directing shift operations at our restaurant. You will ensure compliance with company standards, oversee product preparation and delivery, foster excellent customer relations, and uphold the highest quality standards in all aspects of service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate exceptional operational skills, ensuring that products meet Cicis standards and customer expectations.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest concerns, solicit and act on feedback, and promote quality standards among team members.
• Supervise and train restaurant staff, maintain optimal staffing levels, and create a positive, energetic, and teamwork-driven environment.
• Contribute to sales and profit goals through exceptional guest service, team training, and efficient use of POS systems and resources.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized restaurant, ensuring compliance with safety and security standards at all times.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older with reliable transportation.
• Available to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and emergencies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team independently and perform all restaurant positions.
• Proficiency in English, bilingual skills preferred in certain markets.
• Comfortable working with technology, phones, and computers.
