Job Description

We are looking for talented individuals to join us as Cicis Shift Leaders at our growing pizza chain. As a Shift Leader, you will play a crucial role in directing the shift operations of the restaurant, ensuring adherence to company standards while delivering top-quality products and services to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate exemplary operational skills in product preparation and delivery, maintaining Cicis standards.
• Respond promptly to guest concerns, solicit feedback, and coach the team for improved performance.
• Supervise the restaurant team, ensure adequate staffing levels, and promote a guest-focused and energetic atmosphere.
• Contribute to sales and profit goals through excellent customer service, product training, and effective cash management.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company standards at all times.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Proficiency in leading a team independently during shifts.
• Bilingual proficiency is an advantage in certain markets.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Non-exempt hourly position, subject to background check.
