Job Description

We are looking for an Assistant Retail Supervisor to join Aldi's team. In this role, you will assist with managing day-to-day store activities, supervising the team, and ensuring operational excellence. As an Assistant Retail Supervisor, you will play a key role in developing action plans to enhance store performance, identifying training needs, and fostering a positive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the competitive environment and provide product feedback.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
