We are hiring an Administrative Assistant to join our team at Domino's Pizza in Pensacola, Florida. As the master of multitasking and the wizard of organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include providing clerical support, managing employee files, interacting with customers, handling calendars and correspondence, conducting research, and managing office inventory.

  • Manage employee files and assist in the hiring process.
  • Interact with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Handle calendars, schedules, and communications efficiently.
  • Conduct industry research and maintain documentation standards.
  • Manage office inventory and supplies.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Full-time availability, Tuesday to Friday 9-5, Saturday 10-3.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
  • Professionalism, adaptability, confidentiality, and a thirst for knowledge.
