Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 3rd Shift Warehouse Operations Supervisor to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of the warehouse management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing personnel, and ensuring the efficient storage and distribution of products.

Responsibilities

• Establish and adjust work schedules to meet warehouse needs.
• Coordinate and supervise daily tasks of direct reports.
• Oversee product receiving, selection, and shipping processes.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards.
• Supervise warehouse personnel and provide training and feedback.
• Manage inventory, expenses, and equipment maintenance.
• Address warehouse issues and escalate concerns as needed.
• Lead team meetings and promote collaboration among staff.
