Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 3rd Shift Warehouse Operations Lead to join the Aldi team. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient flow of products and inventory management to meet customer demands. You will lead a team, oversee daily shipping schedules, supervise product selection accuracy, and maintain warehouse standards for safety and organization.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and establish daily shipping schedules for inventory replenishment.
• Supervise product selection accuracy and pallet construction.
• Communicate and coordinate with 3rd party partners for seamless operations.
• Lead inbound deliveries inspection and order fulfillment to meet store requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company guidelines and safety standards in all warehouse operations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Ability to operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
