2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join the Aldi team. As a Full-Time employee, you will work an average of 30-35 hours per week earning a competitive starting wage ranging from $22.75 to $28.75 per hour, depending on shift and schedule.

Shift

2nd Shift starting at 3:00 PM.

Schedules

• Schedule A1: Wednesday-Sunday with Monday and Tuesday off.
• Schedule A2: Friday-Tuesday with Wednesday and Thursday off.
• Schedule B: Work both Saturday and Sunday 2 out of every 3 weeks.
• Schedule C: Work both Saturday and Sunday every other weekend.
• Schedule D: Monday-Friday with weekends off.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock.
• Relocate merchandise in the warehouse.
• Load and unload shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety.
• Participate in inventory counts.
• Provide feedback for process improvement.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientious behavior, teamwork, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret policies, communicate effectively, perform basic math, pay attention to detail, and work independently or in a team.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lifting up to 45 pounds.
• Moving merchandise, bending, reaching, walking, and operating equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures.
