Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join the Aldi family. As a vital part of our team, you will be responsible for efficiently managing stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness to ensure a smooth operation. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse based on product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Inspect product quality, raise safety concerns, and propose process improvements.
• Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to follow instructions.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 45 pounds, moving merchandise, and operating industrial equipment.
