1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join Aldi, where our warehouse operations ensure products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores. You will work in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, participating in a thorough training program to develop the necessary skills for success.

Position Details

• Job Type: Part-Time
• Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $23.75 per hour

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Handle merchandise relocation according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Provide input for process improvements and achieve budget goals.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work conscientiously, collaborate with the team, maintain a positive attitude, and drive for success.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and efficiency skills.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Demands

• Lifting up to 45 pounds, physical maneuvering, and operation of powered industrial equipment.
