Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join the Aldi family. As a crucial part of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Organize and relocate merchandise within the warehouse.
• Load and unload shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvement.
• Cooperate with team members, suppliers, and management.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to lift up to 45 pounds and operate warehouse equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
