1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our dedicated team at Aldi. Our warehouse operations ensure that products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores for our customers' enjoyment. As a part-time position with fewer than 30 hours per week, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of operation.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently for order fulfillment.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise in preparation for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and leadership to improve processes.
• Inspect product quality and contribute to achieving budgeted goals.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, resilience, and efficiency.
• Ability to apply company policies, communicate effectively, and work in a team.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and physically demanding environments.
