Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a key part of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing stock, fulfilling orders, and maintaining warehouse standards. Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Prepare and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect and report on product quality and safety.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, follow instructions, and work both independently and in a team.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise throughout the warehouse.
• Perform various physical tasks in different temperatures.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
