Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the warehouse meets safety and cleanliness standards. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Load and unload shipments and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Assist in achieving warehouse goals and improvements.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and efficiency.
• Basic math skills, detail-oriented, and ability to work in a team environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate industrial equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and adherence to company policies.
