1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are currently seeking a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. The position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $19.00-$23.00 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in accordance with product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance standards and safety requirements.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving budgeted goals.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation issues.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.
• Perform all assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.

Job Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older, able to work independently and within a team environment, and have excellent communication skills.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds, stand, bend, reach, and operate powered industrial equipment.
