1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler at Aldi. The position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $18.00 - $24.00 per hour based on the shift and schedule differential pay.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise throughout the warehouse according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve processes and achieve budgeted goals.
• Inspect product quality, address safety concerns, and sanitation issues.

Job Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to organize, execute efficiently, and work independently or within a team environment.

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk throughout the warehouse.
• Work in varying temperatures and safely operate equipment.
